With over 15 years in healthcare and insurance, I’ve worked extensively in healthcare insurance accounts and spent 7 years at United Healthcare as a Trainer, SME, and Assistant Manager, overseeing training programs and performance development.
In 2020, I began my journey as a part-time
Dental Virtual Assistant, eventually transitioning full-time in 2022. I’ve since led a team of VAs as a Team Leader and Trainer, combining front desk, insurance coordination, and multi-skilled VA tasks.
I also had hands-on exposure to in-office dental operations in Manhattan, NYC, gaining insight into real clinical workflows—experience I now share through this training program.

How much will I pay for the whole course training?
Virtual Learning (Dental Insurance and Billing) The full course investment is ₱999 — one-time payment, all-in! No hidden fees.
Face to Face Learning (Dental Receptionist and Admin in person training) The full course investment is ₱1,999 — one-time payment, all-in! No hidden fees.
If I miss the live training, can I get a recording?
Yes! Every session is recorded, and you'll have 1 year access so you can learn at your own pace anytime, anywhere.
Does the training include a certificate? Will I get help finding a job after?
Yes! You will get a certificate of participation after completing the training. A certificate of completion will be awarded once you submit all requirements, pass the quiz and assessment, and achieve at least a 70% completion rate. While we do not have direct endorsements from clients or agencies, we provide helpful tools to support your job search. These include: A client-hunting strategy guide or cheat sheet Tutorial videos on creating your resume and portfolio Continuing education through live webinar sessions, such as: How to ace your interview BIR and other government registration for freelancers These resources are available after you complete the course to help you get started as a freelancer.
